THE BIRD

Daily, we have ventured forth into the bowels of this great aluminum monster to do noble deeds for our sweethearts and country. From its 4600 pound thrust engine to its multiple emergency procedures, the T-33 is an aircraft with which to cope. This bird presented us with problems, heartaches, thrills, and challenges which will not soon be forgotten. In leaving this field of endeavor, we will carry with us fond memories which will compel us evermore to refer to the T-33 as THE BIRD.
